Engagement options

Pay for the level of oversight you need

Monthly retainer. Ongoing oversight for the life of the project, with a fixed monthly fee set in your proposal.

Phase-based. Coverage for a specific phase — for example, preconstruction and bidding only, or construction through closeout.

Project rescue. Already underway and something feels wrong? A focused review of contract, budget, change orders and schedule, with a written action plan.

Pricing is tailored to each project's scope, complexity and timeline. After the free call, you'll receive a written proposal — not a rate card.

Best fit

  • Construction budgets of roughly $250,000 and up
  • Custom homes, major renovations and additions
  • Tenant improvements, retail, restaurant and office buildouts
  • Small multifamily and mixed-use
  • Owners who are busy, remote or new to construction

Smaller project? Estimating and review services work at any size.
