About

One job: protect the owner

SiteLine Consulting exists because owners deserve someone at the table whose only interest is theirs.

Founder

Titan Fowles

About 20 years in construction, across nearly every trade and project type. Now working only for owners.

I've built my career from the field up: general contracting, design-build, electrical, plumbing and mechanical, on everything from small remodels, custom homes and apartments to retail, restaurants, breweries, wedding venues, vet clinics, hospitals, hotels, schools, fire stations, wastewater treatment facilities and large commercial sites, on projects up to $40 million.

That range matters to you. When I review a bid, a change order or a schedule, I'm not guessing how the work gets done. I've managed it, priced it and coordinated it between the trades. I know where the gaps in a scope usually hide and what the work should actually cost.

I started SiteLine to put all of that on the owner's side of the table. Every engagement is led by me personally, and SiteLine brings in additional project managers, estimators and specialists as a project's size and pace require. Either way, you get the same standard: read the contract, check the numbers and tell you plainly what we see.

Capabilities

Experience across the whole job

Most owner's reps come from one corner of the industry. SiteLine's experience covers how the whole project fits together.

Design-build

Taking projects from concept and budget through design, pricing and construction under one plan, with cost in view at every step.

What that means for you

Fewer surprises, better decisions

  • Bids read by someone who's built the work. We can tell when a number is missing scope, padded, or too good to be true, across every trade.
  • Change orders checked line by line. Quantities, labor, materials and whether the work was already in the contract.
  • Trade coordination problems caught early. The clashes between electrical, plumbing, mechanical and structure that turn into delays.
  • Remote-site discipline. Titan has run work where you can't drive over to fix things. Planning and documentation come first.

Today SiteLine serves homeowners, developers, commercial owners, contractors and architects. The practice is focused on the US market, and international projects are welcome.

How we work

  • Independent. No commissions or referral fees, and never on both sides of the same project.
  • In writing. Every review ends in a clear written finding.
  • Direct. You hear about problems early, with a recommendation attached.
  • Lean. Remote-first delivery keeps fees focused on expertise, not travel.
  • Confidential. Your documents and numbers stay yours.
