How It Works

Oversight that lives where the money moves

Budgets, contracts, change orders and pay applications are documents. Schedules are data. Progress can be shown on video. SiteLine is built around all three.

Kickoff

We review your documents together, set up a shared project folder and agree on reporting rhythm and who approves what.

Contractor reporting

Your contractor provides daily logs, dated photos and scheduled video walkthroughs — standard requirements written into the contract.

Weekly review

We review progress, costs, change orders, RFIs and the schedule, and send you a written report with decisions you need to make.

Pay-app gate

No payment goes out until the pay application, supporting documents and lien waivers have been checked against actual progress.

Site visits

On-site only when it truly adds value

Most oversight doesn't require standing on the slab. When a project does need a physical visit — for example a pre-cover inspection or a dispute walk — it is handled like this:

  • Limited to one or two visits per project
  • Scheduled in advance, at least 30 days out where possible
  • Not included in standard fees — quoted separately
  • Travel and expenses billed at cost, approved by you first

For everything else, a local third-party inspector or your design team can provide eyes on site, coordinated and reviewed by SiteLine.

Tools that keep it tight

  • Shared document folder with version control
  • Video meetings and live walkthroughs
  • Change-order and decision logs
  • Budget tracker updated every pay cycle
  • Email and phone access during business hours

Working across time zones means your report is usually waiting when you start your day.
